Kim has been in the payments industry for 20 years, in product management, product marketing and market development roles. Kim has been at Elavon for over two years focusing on new product innovation initiatives. She currently has Product Strategy responsibility for Security solutions and EMV. Prior to joining Elavon, she successfully introduced encryption and tokenization services to both National and SmallMedium Business merchants, and was responsible for managing the Small Business PCI Program. She also introduced several wireless and mobile innovations, and helped bring the earliest electronic gift and loyalty card programs to market. Kim holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and resides in South Florida.

In his role, Brian serves business clients with risk management solutions focused on reducing hazards, enhancing profitability, and promoting a safe work environment. The basis of his business practice is client-centric, emphasizing truthful engagement, accountability , and measured results. In addition to his insurance career, he served 14 years as a US Army Reserve Officer as an evaluator. Brian is a certified insurance counselor and associate in risk management.

Nicole is a native of Atlanta Georgia who been chosen as a winner of The American SmallBusiness Championship hosted by SCORE, mentors to Americas small businesses, and Sam’s Club. Nicole’s passion for baking inspired her to open Nikki’s Delightful Treats were she allows her creativity to follow. Nicole loves to make her customer happy by delivering unique desserts for their special events.
